This symposium is organised to showcase the diverse field of work done within Sarphati Amsterdam. Sarphati Amsterdam – research for healthy living – is an institute for innovative, interdisciplinary research for the effective and sustainable prevention of non-communicable diseases. The program will entail speakers such as Ken Ong (University of Cambridge), Mark Hanson (University of Southampton) and Hans Brug (Director at National Institute for Public Health and the Environment). There will be seven parallel sessions given, of which two in English, by our colleagues from within the diverse field of research. See the Program Sarphati Amsterdam Symposium for more details.
